Portugal is a truly beautiful country, and was our first time in Europe. The five weeks we spent in the colorful city of Lisbon flew by. Living here felt relaxing and easy. The cobblestone streets and gorgeous architecture made even a trip to the grocery store enjoyable (and we made a lot of them). We will miss strolling through the winding hilly streets, admiring the beautiful old buildings, eating yummy pastries, and the postcard view from our condo.
Here’s a slideshow of our favorite memories from Portugal, and some fun stats about our time here.

Onward to Spain: The Beginning of the End
We leave for Spain early tomorrow morning and get to enjoy our shortest flight so far this year. Dave and the kids have been working so hard all year to learn Spanish, I hope they get the opportunity to use it. We are all looking forward to exploring our final country and getting back to the beach! I truly can’t believe this is our last stop. Tapas, sangria, and towers covered in mosaics — here we come. Our final adventure awaits!
